After years of working as yacht crew, Brandon and Natichka knew it was time to chart their own course. They saw an opportunity to do things differently—not just in how guests experience luxury charters, but in how the ocean, the crew, and even the smallest marine creatures are treated along the way.

As crew, they witnessed firsthand how many charter companies fell short—neglecting not only the wellbeing of their team but often overlooking the health of the very oceans that make this lifestyle possible. That never sat right with them. They knew that if they ever got the chance, they would do things in a way that aligned with their values: with deep respect for the sea, for their team, and for the future.

So, they took the leap. They became owners.

Brandon brings his soul to the sea. He’s a diver, a fisherman, a sailor through and through. He’s always happiest in the water—exploring reefs, studying marine life, or trimming sails to perfection.

Natichka is an ocean lover and a marine conservationist at heart (and she has a soft spot for penguins!). She’s always been drawn to the beauty of ocean life and how we can protect it. She also has a love for interior design, so creating a space that feels both luxurious and in harmony with nature was a dream come true.

Together, they built their yacht charter company to reflect their shared passion. Their approach to chartering is rooted in sustainability, education, and experience. They’re here to show that luxury doesn't have to come at the ocean’s expense.
